At times UltraDDR may flag a particular site incorrectly due to various factors. If you feel a site has been incorrectly categorized or a different category is more appropriate, the process for submitting a dispute can be done from within the UltraDDR portal.
Log into our portal at the following address
https://ddr.ultradns.com/static/login
From there you may click the shield icon on the left hand side to select Policy Management.
After selecting this icon, enter the domain in the "Category Lookup" field on the right hand side.
From there you will be provided a popup that displays the domain in question as well as it's current categorization. To suggest a different category, select the "Category Dispute" tab.
You will then be presented with a list of alternative categories to choose from.
After selecting a category or no category if you feel it does not fit any of the available then click the "Submit" button to submit for evaluation by our internal teams.
